Additional Information: Bowen Therapy
We are a fee-for-service clinic, meaning that we collect payment at the time of service. We treat babies for free at the clinic. Booking is by appointment only.
Reformer Pilates Fees and Cancellation Policy
- All fees must be paid upfront.
- When a class is booked it is considered a final purchase.
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all our reformer Pilates classes.
- Reformer classes cancelled with greater than 24 hours’ notice may be made up within 7 Days of cancellation.
- Reformer classes cancelled with less than 24 hours of the scheduled class will be subject to a full charge.
- Classes are non-transferable.
- There are no exceptions to this policy.
Mat Pilates Fees and Cancellation Policy
- Classes are sold in an 8-week bundle.
- All fees must be paid upfront.
- When a class is booked it is considered a final purchase.
- If you miss a class you forfeit the class.
- We do not accept cancellations.
- Classes are non-transferable.
- There are no exceptions to this policy.
